Dave,

My sense is that, for you, your relationship with Chip may well be an “iron sharpens iron” thing. I’m sure you both benefit immensely from your mutual encouragement.

As to Southeast: Since your return fm your Study Sabbatical, your passion and intensity has been raised a notch or two and the series, “Say ‘Yes’” has been profoundly well done. Best treatment of Genesis 22 I’ve ever heard.

Never grow weary in what you do. You make a huge impact on countless lives.

Your servant,

Dan

Good move Dave. Technology makes the world smaller, and smaller is easier to unite.

Dave, in reference to your last sermon, we are so glad that you say “yes” continually to our church and that you decided to stick with us and we are “stuck” with you! We are so blessed to have you as our Senior Minister. We were thrilled to see you here with Chip Ingram! Richard and I listened to his CD series “Why I Believe” just a few weeks ago while we were traveling and were deeply moved by it. Powerful preaching! You and Chip and Kyle and Bob Russell (wasn’t his sermon great last week?) are our favorite ministers. God bless you!

Dave: Just love the idea of your blog. What a wonderful way to keep us informed as to what is happening. I often wondered what happened to Darren Walter and his family and how they are doing. This was just great to see your interview with him and see how well he is doing in spreading the word of Christ. I am so proud of him. Keep up the good work Dave. I think you have hit onto something very special.

Hey Dave, how awesome you were able to spend some personal time with Chip. Our leadership team at Dover is currently studying Chip’s “How To Grow A High Impact Church” as our desire and passion is also to grow mature disciples. I will be preaching a lot of Chip’s materials as we procede. Judy and I always thank God for the training we received while at Southeast and are continuing to strive to grow while we “feed” His flock. We will pray for Chip and his New Venture Church, we always pray for and give thanks for our friends at Southeast and ask you all to pray for our church here in the Shively area. Planning to see you all at your Leadership Conference. Many blessings! John and Judy Frazier
